We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join the Core CRM Team at MongoDB. The Core CRM Team works cross functionally with Stakeholders across Marketing & Sales improving and enhancing the Sales process for our Customers. Specifically, Partner Programs, Customer Engagement tools, Case Management, AI Tooling and Salesforce Security and Compliance.
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will join a cross-functional team of support associates, system administrators, project managers, software engineers, enablement experts and sales operations professionals. You will be involved in and take a lead role in projects that are critical to the success of the business.
Responsibilities- Design, create and support solutions to drive business processes in Salesforce that are secure and scalable. This includes: Flow, Validation Rules, custom fields, page layouts, custom objects, Apex or Lightning Web Components development etc.
- Liaise with stakeholders across the entire sales organization and ecosystem (Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Operations) to understand their constantly evolving needs.
- Take full ownership of project delivery (if applicable supported by a Business Analyst and/or project manager).
- QA Testing (Peer, Functional)
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to drive out requirements
- Create process flow diagrams
- Solution Design
- Investigating production issues
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision, whilst participating fully as a member of the team
- Improving existing processes and sharing runbooks
- End User Communication
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator supporting a sales organization in a large Salesforce org.
- Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, and/or Platform App Builder Certifications are preferred but not required if you can demonstrate proficiency through experience.
- Prior experience working in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Business Systems teams in a tech company is preferred.
- Knowledge of sales business processes
- Prior experience with Sales Productivity tools required, for example: Salesloft, Q-Assign, LeanData, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture and best practices
- Experience working with large data volumes and facilitating this in solution design is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Deployment Life Cycle (Build, QA, Staging) and experience with DevOps tooling (Gearset, Github, Visual Studio Code)
- Knowledge of process mapping tools (Lucid Chart)
- Knowledge of Agile Methodologies
- Apex/Lightning Development experience is a bonus.
- Analytical mindset (Understanding the why behind the request)
- Identifying risks and issues to the team to fix them in a timely manner

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:$76,000—$149,000 USD
