Salesforce Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team for an initial 6 month contract with a view to extending up to a further 12 months dependent on project requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce administration, app development, and automation. This role will support our CRM needs during a critical period of transition & enhancement. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working for an international business. You will be comfortable working with diverse cultures & from people across the globe, understanding business challenges & translating them into technical solutions. This is a hands-on role where you will be balancing the everyday needs of running the Salesforce instance, with some development & feature enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Administration:
- Manage and maintain Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Perform routine system maintenance, user account management, and data integrity tasks.
- Production of reporting per business requirements on a regular & ad-hoc basis.
- Monitoring & actioning internal Salesforce related support requests from end-users.
- App Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce apps to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new apps.
- Test and troubleshoot new apps, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Automation:
- Create and manage process builders, and flow automations to streamline business processes.
- Implement Salesforce automation solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Data Management:
- Support data migration, data cleansing, and data deduplication activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the Salesforce platform.
- Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on new features and functionalities.
- Develop and maintain training materials and documentation.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business needs.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise on Salesforce capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience in developing custom apps and automations within Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader) and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange products and integrations; specifically Gong & Groove would be an advantage.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant or other relevant certifications are a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
