Your mission? Dive deep into existing processes, unravel their intricacies, and unveil opportunities for enhancement. Take charge of project management for feature upgrades, ensuring smooth sailing for our Customer Experience team. But that's not all – collaboration is at the heart of what we do. You'll seamlessly work across departments like Finance and Sales, ensuring our business systems and processes not only meet but exceed expectations in scalability.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Process map critical business operations and document requirements in order to optimize LogicMonitor's systems
  • Partner with business stakeholders to uncover automation opportunities, clearly communicating project scope and timelines across the organization
  • Design technical solutions for process transformation, partnering with administrators and developers from various departments
  • Identify and streamline time-consuming internal processes, contributing to the creation of automated, reliable, and scalable solutions
  • Create and maintain accurate and consistent process documentation
  • Ensure accuracy and accessibility of system data, collaborating with the data team and overseeing reliable integrations between systems
  • Manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) process for key initiatives and meticulously document results
  • Collaborate with system administrators to implement best practices in system maintenance, security, release management, improvements, and data integrity

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration or Analysis
  • Proficiency in agile project management and release management
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (required), Marketo, Jira, Coupa, Gainsight, SalesforceCPQ, Netsuite, or equivalent best-of-breed SaaS applications and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in Operations-oriented roles
  • Capacity to coordinate and prioritize multiple activities within a deadline-driven environment
  • Capability to assess the end-to-end process and provide insights on downstream effects of changes

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range$66,300—$100,320 USD
