Joining Collibra’s IT Enterprise Applications team

The IT Enterprise Applications and System Integrations team partners with Collibra’s business stakeholders to configure, optimize, and implement Corporate Cloud Applications, deliver an integration strategy with a strong investment around Salesforce and other SaaS applications, and provide ongoing support of those applications/systems. This role will report into the Sr. Manager of Enterprise Applications.

The Salesforce Developer at Collibra is responsible for
  • Perform design, development, testing, debugging, and implementation of cloud-based applications in a high-growth environment. 
  • Build and deploy Saas systems integrations, workflows, and architecture to scale and automate an end-to-end Saas ecosystem. 
  • Partner with business operations teams to optimize Salesforce investments in Sales Cloud and CPQ along with other Saas platforms and best-of-breed technologies.
  • Partner closely with InfoSec to execute IT solutions in line with security policies and collaborate on new technology implementations.
  • Partner with IT Support for Level 2 issue escalation and assistance.
  • Work with vendor support contacts to resolve technical problems with applications, servers, and infrastructure tools. 
You have
  • Strong technical experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ and Conga.
  • Strong background in creating and executing unit, integration and user acceptance test plans, including use cases and test data.
  • Technical background in application integration tools and native APIs to enable workflows and data feeds between SaaS platforms and point solutions.
  • Experience in programming in APEX, VF Page, Javascript, LWC, Aura Component development.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven Salesforce experience along with Salesforce platform developer and administration certifications
  • Familiarity with enterprise application integration tools experience like Workato/Dell Boomi/Mulesoft.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

Measures of success
  • Within your first month, you will understand Collibra’s application portfolio, and team priorities/initiatives and meet with business stakeholders.
  • Within your third month, you will be identifying and defining a Salesforce and CPQ tech debt roadmap. 
  • Within your sixth month, you will be building and deploying Salesforce and CPQ automation to enable business productivity and efficiency.
Compensation for this role 

The standard base salary range for this position is $104,000 - $130,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
