  • Configure and customize Salesforce features such as workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and approval processes to automate business processes.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure high quality and Salesforce standards for security, data privacy, and governance.
  • Create and execute project plans, develop functional requirement documents, process flows, gap analysis, testing scenarios, manage QA/UAT for existing and new CRM systems and modules, sign-offs and managing tasks, setups related to Production cutover, and software upgrades.
  • Ensure that proper Change Management principles are followed in managing the CRM and its integrated applications
  • Update and write process documentation as business requirements change
  • Provide ongoing support to users, assist in ad hoc requests (such as SFDC reporting), and follow up on user requests
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing data; deliver  insights to stakeholders.

Key Experience:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce is required
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience across Salesforce.com, and Salesforce CPQ as a Developer and/or Admin
  • Advanced technical knowledge of Salesforce Administration, deep experience with automation workflows such as Process and Flow Builder, Lightning Platform, configuration, salesforce.com, and Salesforce CPQ.
