Salesforce Engineer

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Engineer to work as an integral part of our Global Operations Platform team and will be working on a project basis in a multi-disciplinary team engaged in a wide range of Salesforce.com global projects. You will be part of the Operations CRM Squad, a team that is focused on automating key operations processes, driving the best experience for our Salesforce users - and hence our merchants :)

In this role, you'll work alongside an international team of administrators and developers to ensure that all Cloud Services (Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Contact Centers) are working according to our global business needs. Your dedication to collaborative problem-solving, innovative design, and delivering high-quality products will be crucial.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of enhancing processes and driving adoption through Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Force.com platform.

The Salesforce Engineer will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify and deploy new business processes including: Onboarding, Payments, Verification, Risk, Finance, Logistic and other business teams.

This position builds a trusting relationship with major project stakeholders and leads them to the adoption of the best solution. Specifically, this role helps guide teams to successfully deliver the Salesforce-centric project.

 

What you’ll do

  • Build custom solutions to drive business processes in Salesforce according to our global business needs.
  • Review existing code and new pull requests, aiming for reuse, improvement or automation opportunities.
  • Work with a technical focus, developing the technical part and new features of the platform such as AI.
  • Contributing to discussions on code vs declarative approach, supporting the team’s admins to create effective flows.
  • Collaborate on a global level with other engineering & data chapters.

 

You’ll be great for this position if

  • You communicate with clarity and impact in English, understanding how the message has been received;
  • You have at least 2+ years working experience as a Salesforce Developer or Consultant - you should know your stuff.
  • You are looking for a job in a fast-paced company who is living global hypergrowth.
  • Good understanding of Salesforce platform and structure, with experience in APEX (VF, Controllers, Apex Triggers, etc..
  • Have experience with integration between applications using Salesforce APIs and Web Services (JSON, SOAP, REST).
  • Have previous experience working with Lightning components development and Lightning design development.
  • You have high energy and drive, bring enthusiasm and the ability to engage with people at multiple levels on projects and meetings.

 

The following requirements are a big plus for us:

  • Experience in other Salesforce features and systems (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud), or integrated services (Web Services, Call Centers);
  • Worked on different projects on different business models;
  • Certifications as a Platform Developer and App Builder, or other Salesforce.com Certifications - big plus!
