We are looking for a (Junior) Business Analyst to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team. As a part of RevOps team, you will engage in data analysis, reporting, and strategy development, utilizing analytics tools to streamline and optimize revenue generation processes.

• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards for real-time insights,
• Utilize data-driven approaches for strategic decision-making,
• Proactively support sales teams and other departments (marketing, finance) by providing interactive dashboards, along with insights and explanations,
• Ensure high data quality standards in tracking systems,
• Leverage advanced data analytics tools and Salesforce for actionable insights,
• Generate and update comprehensive sales reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review, providing clear visibility into revenue team performance,
• Facilitate seamless communication between sales and other teams to ensure proper flow of information.

• Experience in data analysis tools and CRM systems (Salesforce is a must) with a focus on extracting actionable insights (min. 1+ year),
• Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly,
• Proven problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset,
• Experience in collaborating in global team with diverse backgrounds,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.

• Experience in Salesforce Analytics.
