SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...
- Develop and Maintain Dashboards and Reports: Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and dashboards using Salesforce Einstein Analytics (Tableau CRM) and Salesforce Reporting tools.
- Data Integration and Analysis: Work with various data sources and integrate data into Salesforce for comprehensive reporting and analysis.
- Customization and Development: Develop custom data models, lenses, and dashboards to meet business requirements. Use Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies as needed.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with business users and other departments to understand their reporting and analysis needs, translating them into technical requirements and deliverable solutions.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure that dashboards and reports are optimized for performance and usability, following best practices.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues with data accuracy or performance related to Salesforce reporting and analytics.
- Training and Documentation: Provide training and documentation to end-users to facilitate the adoption and use of new reporting tools and solutions.
- Stay Updated with Trends: Keep current with new Salesforce features, releases, and analytics best practices to suggest enhancements and improvements.
- Support Data Governance: Enforce data governance policies and standards to ensure the security and compliance of data in reports and dashboards.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Salesforce reporting, analytics, or development, with at least 1 year focusing on Einstein Analytics or Tableau CRM.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and Einstein Analytics.
- Proficiency in building data flows, datasets, and lenses in Einstein Analytics.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development tools and languages such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with cloud-based data tools and technologies.
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts like Snowflake
- Knowledge of SQL and familiarity with cloud-based data tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques (e.g., APIs, ETL processes).
- Understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data sets, perform data analysis, and present actionable insights.
- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Certifications: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201), Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211), or Salesforce Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with additional Salesforce tools like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of business operations and how data impacts different business processes.

This is a full time position and the candidate is expected to report into Pure Storage’s Bangalore Office.
