About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Scrum Master/Program Manager to join our team. This role will involve leading our Agile Sprint rituals and processes, driving documentation, and communicating delivery and release expectations with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will help accelerate our adoption of Agile methodologies and guide us down the path of maturity. You will play a crucial role in helping our team achieve operational efficiencies leading to a reduction in bugs, staying on track with timelines, and improving overall productivity.  This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and expertise in Salesforce functionality to optimize the use of the platform in achieving organizational goals.

What You’ll Do
  • Guide teams on use of Agile framework and uncover areas of improvement
  • Coach teams on self-organizing to optimize execution velocity
  • Identify and remove blockers or coach teams on how to self-remove them
  • Identify potential sprint risks proactively
  • Build an environment of trust where team members feel comfortable giving feedback
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, scheduling, backlog grooming, solution reviews, and retrospectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations around delivery timelines and release schedules
  • Create communication including release notes and newsletter to keep greater organization informed of changes within TE’s Salesforce ecosystem
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation.
  • Promote continuous improvement practices and implement process enhancements
  • Track and report on team performance metrics
  • Oversee testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to ensure quality and reliability of deliverables
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to drive documentation and maintain detailed records
  • Experience with stakeholder management and expectation setting
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
  • Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Scrumban, and Kanban
  • Prior experience with Salesforce.com, particularly Service and Sales Cloud
  • Customer service-oriented with effective time management skills
  • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
Nice to Have
  • Salesforce certifications: (Salesforce Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, App Builder, Business Analyst, Strategy Designer)
  • Experience with Anlytics tools(Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
  • Basic proficiency of Salesforce deployments using current DevOps tools
  • Experience working for a SaaS-based organization
