Salesforce Solution Architect (m/w/d)
Germany is witnessing record numbers of electric vehicle registrations and a rapidly increasing number of charging options. The German government has set ambitious targets, aiming for 15 million registered electric vehicles and 1 million installed public charging points by 2030. As a full-service provider of charging infrastructure, Wirelane operates in a highly dynamic and rapidly growing market. To meet the growing demand and requirements for innovative electric vehicle charging solutions, we are expanding our team. We are looking for you to join our Salesforce team as a Salesforce Solution Architect at our headquarters in Munich.
Deine Aufgaben- Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Field Service, ensuring alignment with the overall technical strategy.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a dedicated Salesforce team, providing guidance on technical decisions and best practices, emphasizing scalable and high-performance solutions.
- Architecture & Development: Act as the primary architect for Salesforce integrations, developing data models and custom solutions with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and IT, to align Salesforce solutions with business goals and workflows.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Salesforce Developer and/or Architect certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, with advanced skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Experience Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience leading Salesforce projects and teams, with strong skills in architectural design and platform optimization.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other business systems.
- Skills:
- Expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, with the ability to design strategic, long-term solutions aligned with business needs.
- Proficiency in backend (Apex) and frontend (LWC, Visualforce) development, with a balanced approach to programmatic and declarative solutions.
- Languages: Fluent in English and proficient in German (C1 level).
