What you’ll be spending your time on:  

• Regulatory Compliance & Strategy: Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks, aligning processes with industry standards and adapting to evolving requirements.
• Technical Integration & Data Management: Lead integration with core systems, manage external sanctions lists, and develop APIs for real-time/batch screening.
• Algorithm Optimization: Enhance matching accuracy, reduce false positives, and explore AI/ML for improved efficiency.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge technical, compliance, and business teams, presenting updates to leadership.
• User Experience & Efficiency: Improve compliance workflows, design intuitive interfaces, and develop performance monitoring tools.

Have you done this kind of stuff? 

• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years in product management (mandatory).
  • At least 3 years in financial compliance, sanctions screening, or Regulatory Technology (strong advantage).
  • At least 3 years in FinTech and/or payments (preferred).
• Technical & Compliance Expertise:
  • Strong background in technology integration, APIs, and automation.
  • Experience with AI/ML, matching algorithms, and data management.
  • Deep understanding of data ingestion, normalization, and governance.
  • Skilled in regulatory reporting and audit compliance.
• Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Proven ability to work across engineering, compliance, business, and risk teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication.
  • Ability to translate complex regulations into business solutions.
  • Experience optimizing operational efficiency through automation and UX/UI.
• Methodologies & Education:
  • Experience implementing products using Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (MBA is a plus).
