You will be part of the team that oversees the procurement of the Satellite Control Center of Rivada Space Networks’ constellation. Your mission is to strengthen our team as a Satellite Operations Systems Implementations Engineer, taking key responsibilities in the procurement phase and providing support and expertise across different technical teams. You will ensure the acceptance of the satellite’s operational software, and will take ownership of key SVTs, SOVs and operations simulations activities. This includes:

• Together with the SCC Prime, responsible for the integration and acceptance of the SCC software
• Generate test procedures for Ground Level and System level test campaigns, including SVTs and SOVs
• Support the definition and implementation of the testing and validation environment of the SCC
• Closely coordinate with the Space Segment and the System teams for the definition, organization, and execution of IVV activities
• Identification of SCC requirements verification methods and execution of verification activities
• Review and generation of mission documentation, including test procedures, software manuals, and operational reports
• Participate in the test, simulation and rehearsal campaign
• Provide operations preparation support for LEOP and Routine Operations

• Successfully completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science 
• 5+ years of experience working in the space sector 
• Successfully conducted SVT, SOV and LEOP campaigns
• Cloud infrastructure environment integration and maintenance experience
• Experience managing databases
• Software and scripting development and management experience  
• Requirement, ICD management and validation strategy 
• Good communication skills 
• Able to complete tasks per established schedule and demonstrate a pragmatic approach to solving problems 
• Able to travel and work in a very dynamic environment 
• Fluency in English
