We are seeking a creative and skilled Scriptwriter to join our dynamic PDP Video Production Team in Boston (MA). This role involves crafting engaging and informative 60-second scripts for a wide range of products, ranging from sofas, accent chairs, dressers, nightstands, to patio sets, recliners, vanities and dining furniture. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling and experience in branded copywriting and video production.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop compelling and concise scripts for individual products that resonate with our audience and enhance their shopping experience, providing the customer with the knowledge and confidence that Wayfair stands behind this product.
- Review various data sources to inform script development and ensure the content is accurate and relevant.
- Understand the unique features and selling points of each product category to highlight them effectively in scripts.
- Work closely with the video production team to align on creative direction and ensure scripts meet production requirements.
- Continuously explore new ways to enhance video content and engage viewers.
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in writing branded copy, particularly for digital platforms.
- Familiarity with video production processes and an understanding of how scripts translate into visual storytelling preferred, but not required
- Strong creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different product categories.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to adhere to brand guidelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
