What you do

You are part of our Scrum Master team and take care of the following responsibilies: 

  • Support Scrum Teams as a true leader who wants to have an impact on the larger organization 
  • Help teams to focus and work towards their product goal and sprint goals 
  • Teach the teams to be self-organized by supporting the facilitation of agile ceremonies, teaching them, leading trainings, etc. 
  • Support your colleagues in productive ways of working 
  • Help teams to make sure the product increments are up to quality standards during and at the end of each sprint 
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to exchange knowledge and experience to create a learning environment 
  • Steer the overall organization towards agility 

Who you are

  • Successfully completed University studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent practical experience 
  • Agile mindset and unify the agile values and principles 
  • Ideally 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master 
  • Knowledge of different formats to make the best out of the Scrum ceremonies 
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills 
  • Experience in software development 
  • Ideally experience in scaled agile frameworks (e.g.LeSS or Scrum@Scale)
