Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our Customer Care Automation Intelligence team. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that builds and develops an account monitoring platform for our brands, designs and builds bot solutions (both internal and external), and leverages LivePerson's AI capabilities. You will also develop automated processes aimed at improving efficiency for our success team.

 

You will: 

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using [programming languages/technologies relevant to the job, e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.].
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and implement bot solutions that leverage LivePerson AI capabilities to enhance customer and internal interactions.
  • Build and maintain the account monitoring platform for our brands, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Create automated processes to enhance the efficiency of our customer success team.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated with new technologies and industry trends.
  • Contribute to improving the development process and efficiency by suggesting new tools and methodologies.
  • Participate in on call rotations

 

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in software development.
  • Experience in Javascript, NodeJS
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
