Overview:
Join the Platform Foundation team at LivePerson! We’re in search of a Senior Frontend Engineer to become part of our dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will involve engaging in various projects across different company domains to streamline and help improving customer-brand interactions via messaging platforms. Collaboration is essential as you collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and major clients to create exceptional products. Our focus is on the core services such as the personal data deletion framework, the service registry, which are at the heart of the LivePerson’s products.
You will:
- Build the platform that serves the real time monitoring needs of our customers
- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for important systems and delivering high-availability and performance
- Design complex high performance backend services using NodeJS / Javascript
- Develop technical specifications and documentation
- Debug production issues and help maintain existing code
- Participate in on-call rotations
You have:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field
- At least 2+ years of software development experience
- Programming skills in NodeJS
- Experience working with public cloud platforms like AWS / GCP
- Experience in Kubernetes
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, and other Development tools
- Experience debugging/testing applications
- Experience building RESTful microservices
- Familiar with basic Devops tasks for deploying applications in dev/test environments
