About the TeamThe Cybersecurity Team at Cardlytics is responsible for the cybersecurity of our systems, our data, and our people. We are creating a flexible and resilient security posture that manages risk and enables the company to meet its objectives. Our team is small and we like it that way. About the PositionReports to: Chief Information Security OfficerLocation:  Atlanta or Remote

The Technical Program Manager - Security will drive complex security and compliance initiatives within our engineering/technology organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.  Maturing our security posture requires efforts on many fronts and this role will be at the center of it all.    

Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of a bleeding edge security organization which enables the business with a flexible and agile security posture. 
  • Work with stakeholders including engineering leaders and the compliance team to drive remediation of any identified security and compliance risks.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement associated with our security and compliance postures
  • Coordinate between different cross-functional teams, communicate priorities/status, and set clear expectations about responsibilities. 
  • Own the scoping and execution of our penetration testing that is performed by a third party.
  • Develop and own key performance indicators and metrics associated with our security posture. 
  • Drive efforts associated with identity management platforms and products.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred
  • 8+ years subject matter expertise in cybersecurity, preferably in a cloud native environment
  • Proven ability to drive change, manage timelines, and changing priorities.
  • Strong project management and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience collecting and analyzing key performance indicators and metrics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with program management of a security program.
  • 4+ years experience navigating stakeholders across different lines of business.
  • Expertise with public cloud risk assessment and mitigation.
