What you’ll do:
- In partnership with the marketing team, develop a seller sourcing strategy and calendar of events to generate qualified leads aligned with our marketplace partners' expansion plans.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and marketplace partners to deliver a seamless, end-to-end onboarding journey for referred sellers.
- Lead planning processes, including seller onboarding forecasting, performance tracking, market growth analysis, and expected GMV.
- Develop and manage strong, trust-based relationships with global e-commerce marketplace partners.
- Act as a domain expert in cross-border e-commerce: understand seller lifecycles, pain points, and growth opportunities.
- Use data insights to shape service evolution and strengthen partner engagement.
- Drive seller growth through consultative selling and long-term partnership strategies.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and retention targets.
Who you are
The ideal candidate is a senior partner or account manager with deep experience in cross-border e-commerce. You will be skilled at building high-impact partnerships, working cross-functionally, and championing the seller experience across various teams. You bring experience in marketing enablement, business planning, and performance analysis and thrive in a fast-moving and often ambiguous environment. You hold yourself to the highest standards and consistently deliver results.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account/partner management or business development in the e-commerce or technology space
- Strong analytical and planning skills; ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies.
- Proven track record in securing and managing enterprise-level partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced, and multi-tasking environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a relevant field.
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to triage priorities and manage complex projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing and leading scalable partner programs.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action; comfortable taking calculated risks to achieve results while maintaining a high bar for quality.
