Senior 3D Motion Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior 3D Motion Designer who can design elegant, immersive, and production-level quality Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) for vehicles of the future. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create and validate design visuals for embedded software applications and companion devices.
Your responsibilities:
As the 3D Motion Designer, you will:
- Conceptualizing and Developing Design, Graphics and Animations
- Participating in brainstorming and creative sessions to share new design perspectives, and ideas and develop new visual concepts
- Creating Storyboards and User Journey videos to prove UI usability
- Building complex Full CG environments such as forests, space, and cityscapes
- Creating Opening Animations by using a variety of motion graphics techniques, such as particle and dynamics simulation
- Optimize 3D assets for performance across various platforms and devices

You have:
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Portfolio that demonstrates 3D Motion Design Skills
- Passion for Automotive Industry
- Expert skills in After Effects and knowledge in one or more of the following 3D software: Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya
- Ability to cover Full CG scene production, including modeling, animation, lighting, shading, rendering, and postproduction
- Excellent English language and teamwork skills
We also appreciate:
- 2D UI Design (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator)
- HMI Design experience
- Experience in gaming development pipeline and game-ready asset creation
- VFX and particle simulation.
