Senior Account Director

You will:
- Strategically guide clients and cultivate relationships for project excellence
- Lead both internal and client teams with finesse
- Precisely manage account revenue and drive organic growth
- Deliver metrics on relationship quality and product satisfaction
- Ensure accurate and effective implementation of Statements of Work
- Foster relationships across teams and departments, while mentoring and leading project teams
- Define and implement best practices at the business unit level
- Contribute to the overall development of the Client Services department
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams, as well as with partner agencies
You have:
- 8-10 years of Account Management experience in a Digital Marketing agency
- A solid track record of handling complex projects and clients, achieving annual service revenues exceeding $5MM each
- Deep understanding of user-centric digital product design principles
- Experience working in a complex integrated agency team (IAT) environment in a fast-moving setting
- Experience working on 360 / integrated campaigns, ideally at lead creative or digital agencies
- Ability to foster strong client relationships and manage and prioritize clients across different lines of business
- Proven experience in formulating and executing long-term strategic account plans and roadmaps
- Quick decision-making abilities and adeptness at implementing solutions
- Advanced negotiation, communication, writing, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong financial acumen with advertising background, ideally in IAT
- Proficiency in project management and digital media
- Proven experience with performance marketing preferred
- Experience working on projects with new technologies (3D tools, Unreal Engine) preferred
- Understanding of media platforms and paid media strategies
- Expertise in analytics, including test and learn methodologies
- A strong track record in comprehensive campaign reporting, ensuring measures of success

Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.Salary Range$80—$90 USD
