You will:

  • Strategically guide clients and cultivate relationships for project excellence
  • Lead both internal and client teams with finesse
  • Precisely manage account revenue and drive organic growth
  • Deliver metrics on relationship quality and product satisfaction
  • Ensure accurate and effective implementation of Statements of Work
  • Foster relationships across teams and departments, while mentoring and leading project teams
  • Define and implement best practices at the business unit level
  • Contribute to the overall development of the Client Services department
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and strategy teams, as well as with partner agencies

You have:

  • 8-10 years of Account Management experience in a Digital Marketing agency
  • A solid track record of handling complex projects and clients, achieving annual service revenues exceeding $5MM each
  • Deep understanding of user-centric digital product design principles
  • Experience working in a complex integrated agency team (IAT) environment in a fast-moving setting
  • Experience working on 360 / integrated campaigns, ideally at lead creative or digital agencies
  • Ability to foster strong client relationships and manage and prioritize clients across different lines of business
  • Proven experience in formulating and executing long-term strategic account plans and roadmaps
  • Quick decision-making abilities and adeptness at implementing solutions
  • Advanced negotiation, communication, writing, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong financial acumen with advertising background, ideally in IAT
  • Proficiency in project management and digital media
  • Proven experience with performance marketing preferred
  • Experience working on projects with new technologies (3D tools, Unreal Engine) preferred
  • Understanding of media platforms and paid media strategies
  • Expertise in analytics, including test and learn methodologies
  • A strong track record in comprehensive campaign reporting, ensuring measures of success

We continually review ranges to address skills, experience and markets. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, by assessing a number of factors that include, but aren’t limited to, a candidate’s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. For current CM employees, tenure will also be a consideration.Salary Range$80—$90 USD
