(Senior) Account Executive (all genders) - Spain
To strengthen our B2B sales team in Madrid or Barcelona, we are looking for a proactive and dedicated sales talent managing the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to signature. As our (Senior) B2B Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving and implementing our B2B growth strategy, providing access to our unique benefits as a company perk to companies within the Spanish market.

Your responsibilities- Develop an effective local sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue goals set by the leadership team
- Utilise data analysis tools (e.g. CRM systems) to identify opportunities for new business development and lead generation
- Research target markets, industries, customers and prospects and create targeted, automated marketing campaigns accordingly
- Manage full-cycle sales processes from initial contact to closing the deal, including prospecting, qualifying leads, creating proposals & presentations, negotiating contracts, closing and onboarding deals
- Cultivate relationships with key decision makers at executive level within prospective accounts
- You have gained extensive experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- You have knowledge of B2B and sales technologies (CRM, engagement automations, lead generation)
- You communicate clearly and convincingly in Spanish (C1 language skills)
- You enjoy speaking with your international colleagues in English
- You have developed expert knowledge of current best practices for business development strategies
- You are able to work independently as well as cooperate and communicate in a team environment
