- Event Convening & Coordination: Coordinate and manage RSVP process for select events and assist with event logistics—including menu planning, guest communications, run-of-show planning and more, in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Client Support: Assist in managing a portfolio of Conference Concierge (CC) clients by supporting account teams, serving as a key liaison between the account lead and the CC team, and helping to execute strategies outlined by senior leadership.
- Business Development Support: Support incoming new business requests by developing proposals, letters of agreement (LOAs), pitch materials, and other client-facing documents.
- Strategic Engagement: Participate in strategic meetings when possible to gain insight into business development and deal-making processes. Assist with meeting follow-up and learn how relationships are built and maintained.
What makes you qualified:
- 3+ years’ experience in the financial or professional services space or with a conference organizer servicing these industries
- Highly organized, exceptional attention to detail
- Intellectually curious and great attitude; “no job too small”
- Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with clients effectively
