Role: Senior Account Executive - retail, commercial (FTC - 12 months)
Location: Hybrid / onsite in London x2 days per week

ROLE MISSION
OLIVER agency is the world’s first and only company to exclusively design, build and run bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. Our skilled creative talents are dedicated to high-profile clients and are based either onsite, near site or offsite in our hubs. OLIVER partnered with our client in 2015 building out a language localisation team and since then we have launched 5 other teams spanning from global toolkit creation to centralised adaptation for the brand. In 2021, we launched our EU Retail Extension Team supporting campaign and marketing activations for new and existing stores across Europe. Our team sits in the UK, supporting our global brand Brand Activation clients based in Germany.
We are looking for an Senior Account Executive to join our EU Retail team, working in true collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support a number of key processes. Working across Own Retail, Sports Performance, Originals Campaign Activation and Commercial Moments Campaign Activation, you will provide planning and administrative support to facilitate effective ways of working.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Coordination of regular calls & meetings with six key landlords
- Coordination of communication with key landlords (share monthly updates on promotional moments, cascade of landlords' communication, handling of daily landlord’s requests)
- Building of digital pack to update LL (landlord) websites & social media (image selection, website content preparation)
- Controlling of the brands visibility on key LL channels and how our materials are being used (incl. collection of data for monthly social media reporting)
- Development of an “events” calendar for Europe (defining in which landlord’s events and local initiatives the brand will participate)
- Responsible for maximizing both Brand impact and profitability of Retail & Franchise channels by positively impacting NPS, Traffic, Conversion, ATV, UPT and Profit Margin in Concept Stores for the brands.
- Focusing on flawlessly executed consumer-relevant campaigns, promotions and in-store communication needs to grant the visibility of the Company key concept in Retail & Franchise channel, in order to make the sell-out increase and contributing in building a store level experience in line with the positioning of the brand.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of campaigns (across Own Retail, Sports Performance, Commercial Moments & Originals) by running key processes and supporting a diverse range of projects.
- Utilising our digital tool DAB (Digital Asset Box) to open and manage DAB orders for ISC (in store communications) for generic campaigns. Informing clusters and supporting the team with creation of additional orders that are needed. (Outlet, Originals and Sports Performance teams).
GENERAL SUPPORT TASKS
- Maintain vacation overview for the OLIVER x brand EU Retail Team
- Support team in creating announcements and newsletters
- Proof reading of documents/presentations
- Participate in and provide administrative support on weekly team meetings
- Support with digital asset management tool maintenance
- Act as an information hub, a primary point of contact for digital execution matters, as support for all markets in the region

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Marketing degree and 1 year of industry relevant working experience
- OR at least 3 years industry related experience
- First work experience within a retail or marketing role
- Proven experience with retail needs
- Affinity to digital tools, solutions
