Location:  Manchester, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

 

About the role: 

Working in partnership with our client's, this role focuses on building strong relationships with the client's marketing professionals and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to drive growth through effective project delivery.

What you will be doing: 
  • Client Relationship Management: Our manager will build and maintain trust-based relationships with your local market teams, acting as a primary point of contact and ensuring high-quality service levels.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing strategies that align with your business goals, providing strategic recommendations, forward planning, and timely campaign delivery.
  • Project Oversight: Write statements of work and oversee multiple projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion while managing day-to-day communications and risk resolution.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and influence teams by understanding your business and brands, fostering collaboration, and providing leadership across agency teams.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets to ensure profitability, oversee billing and report against financial targets.
  • Performance Measurement: Collaborate on campaign performance analysis and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Industry Insight and Innovation: Keep you at the forefront of advertising practices with insights on industry trends and innovations.
What you need to be great in this role: 
  • Proven Experience: 3-5 years of agency experience with a track record of successful client relationships and growth delivery.
  • Communication and Leadership: Strong skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, and team motivation.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with data-driven decision-making.
  • Client Engagement: Successfully managing client stakeholders and proactive client partnership initiatives.
  • Global Team Collaboration: Ability to work with global team members and adapt to client needs, including onsite presence.
