The PITCH.

VaynerMedia EMEA is searching for a motivated, and highly organised person to join the Client Services as a Senior Account Manager.

We’re looking for a driven and social-media savvy Senior Account Manager to help drive this work, by providing insights-driven strategies, strengthening client & agency relationships and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns and social media expertise for our client

For the right candidate, this account will offer high levels of responsibility, autonomy and growth.

Please note we plan to offer this role as a fixed term contract (FTC).

Here’s where you come in…

  • Strong client handling skills – able to quickly establish trusted relationships, manage multiple stakeholders and push back where needed. Can confidently own the day to day relationship with clients with minimal oversight.
  • Being a key, proactive driver on the account – make stuff happen!
  • Leading your day-to-day team  to deliver fully integrated strategic, creative and production solutions for your market, whilst collaborating closely with the wider team as part of a bigger global campaign.
  • Deliver both planned and reactive social media across social media channels.
  • Manage strategists, creatives  and mid-level clients in the delivery of a fully integrated campaign.
  • Work with a highly collaborative cross-agency team to deliver partnership and integrated ideas.
  • Being the primary point of contact for the client and taking a critical role in actioning client and team requests that lead and shape social media creative work based on the client’s business objectives.
  • Working with the Project Manager to manage the day-to-day workflow of the account.
  • Proactively identifying social media opportunities for the client and helping guide the resulting creative briefs and social media work.
  • Collaborating with other departments (Creative, Production, Analytics/Insights, Community Management) as one close, collaborative team that works together across deliverables, process, and output.
  • Partnering with the Senior Account Director / Business Director to drive the overall commercial and relationship health of the account.

We treasure Personality and Experience yet we do know that these qualifications lead to what WE KNOW as a success:

  • Driven by delivering client service excellence and best-in-class creative work.
  • Relentlessly focused on building strong client relationships–becoming a trusted day-to-day partner with a deep understanding of your client’s category (and ours) & the challenges that they face.
  • Able to work at high pace in a fast-moving agency with a fast-moving client and large scale, complex projects.
  • Comfortable owning work and being proactive.
  • Enjoys working in an iterative, non-hierarchical way.
  • Not afraid to have a point of view, and to voice it. Able to keep the creative work on strategy and hold their own in client conversations about the strategy and the creative.
  • Rigorous to a tee and not ashamed of their healthy level of perfectionism.
  • Prior experience leading TTL campaigns necessary, particularly with creative development, integrated production and delivery.
  • Understands common marketing & media principles with a strong understanding of creative and media across major digital and social channels.
  • Confident partnering with strategists to understand cultural insights and help translate this for clients in a way they understand and buy into.
  • Loves Social Media – they are active users, understand how it works and know the key platforms, trends and formats.
  • Loves the thought of a truly integrated approach where social is central to a wider truly integrated campaign, rather than “matching luggage”
  • Is not limited by their job description and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and do what needs to be done to deliver excellence.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
  • Prior experience with sponsorships is a bonus (especially with the Olympics)

What you SHOULD KNOW about VaynerMedia

Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!

We believe 100% that brands can be built on digital platforms and part of our model is built bottom up, flipping the traditional advertising model and process on its head. We don’t play to agency/industry norms and our culture and energy reflects that.

Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.
