Lincoln International is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Paris office, reporting directly to our European CFO.

Set in an international and dynamic environment, this position offers exposure to a wide scope of accounting operations, cross-border collaboration, and hands-on involvement in strategic finance projects. You’ll play a pivotal role in both day-to-day accounting activities and long-term transformation initiatives as we continue scaling our business and integrating new group tools and processes.

We’re looking for an experienced and English-speaking accounting professional who’s excited by challenge, thrives in a dynamic setting, and is eager to take ownership of a role that’s evolving and growing.

You’ll be the key point of contact for all accounting operations for our Paris office, responsible for conducting all day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring smooth monthly closings and contributing to year-end operations. You’ll collaborate closely with both the group finance team and our external accountant.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

General Accounting / AP-AR

  • Manage daily accounting tasks in Netsuite: accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, expense allocations
  • Issue client invoices, track payments, and monitor project-related expenses
  • Oversee monthly payroll journal entries and closing entries
  • Coordinate monthly and year-end closings with external accountant and the group
  • Handle sublease invoicing and ensure compliance with contractual terms

Expense Management

  • Launch and manage expense report collection and validation campaigns via Concur
  • Perform first-level checks and accounting validation
  • Prepare related bank transfers

System Optimization & Projects

  • Lead enhancements to NetSuite and related tools (Stampli, e-invoicing, VAT integration)
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data in our Netsuite reports

Additional Involvement

  • Submit variable payroll inputs to the provider
  • Analyze and monitor operational expenses (OPEX)

 

You Bring: 

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Accounting/Finance; holder of a DCG/DSCG diploma
  • 8 to 10 years of accounting experience, ideally within an international environment
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Knowledge of Netsuite or equivalent accounting software
  • Knowledge of Concur is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or in a project mode when needed
