Responsibilities

•         Direct and coordinate the activities of the Administration and Finance and Control Department
•         Ensure processes, procedures and activities in the areas of administration, budgeting and finance
•         Coordinate and prepare statutory financial statements and fulfill related tax returns
•         Coordinate and support in preparing entries in general ledger as well as sub-ledger
•         Ensure the timely and correct processing of reports, forecast and final budgets to General Management and group-CFO, accompanying them with variance analysis reports
•         Monitor the company's financial sphere by preparing cash flow reports and managing relations with credit institutions in accordance with group-CFO
•         Oversee and manage treasury and the cash management activities
•         Support General Management in defining and implementing guidelines and tools for planning, and cost controlling (cost center as well as project cost controlling)
•         Support the General Management in HR administration
•         Manage AFC team and the external consultants for tax and legal

You will need to be a highly organized individual involved in coordinating, managing and providing management information for different business units. Key Skills/Experience- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups- Excellent communication skills- Experience within a Media/Advertising environment
