What You’ll Be Doing:As a Senior Accounting & Finance Specialist, you will closely collaborate with the Senior Accounting Manager and the Xometry Turkey Accounting & Finance department. Your duties will include:

• Assisting in the execution of daily accounting-based operational processes.
• Recording daily and/or weekly collections into the global ERP system as part of the automation processes.
• Supporting AR and daily sales invoicing processes
• Diligently managing financial matters such as cash flow, collections, and credit card payment transactions.
• Regularly monitoring balance discrepancies or missing information with customers.
• Ensuring the automatic generation and verification of approved sales invoices through the accounting software via the global ERP.
• Being proficient in E-Invoice, E-Archive Invoice, and E-Ledger processes.
• Conducting regular account reconciliations.
• Providing support to system integrations and various accounting automation processes.
• Follow up of FX conversion requirement on the export payments with the bank.
• Maintaining the accounting archive in an orderly manner.
• Ensuring the company's compliance with legal accounting obligations and conducting flawless accounting operations.
• Exchanging necessary information with the overseas head office on accounting and financial matters as needed.
• Being open to new ideas and suggestions to optimize accounting and finance processes.
• Assisting with month-end US GAAP entries and supporting US GAAP reporting.
• The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a passion for accounting and a strong ability to take ownership of end-to-end accounting processes.
• A self-motivated and results-oriented accountant with hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Has 3-5 years of experience in similar positions.
• Is skilled in using MS Office applications, with a strong command of Excel.
• At least intermediate level of English (in speaking) .
• Is experienced and knowledgeable in front-end and general accounting.
• Possesses problem-solving, analytical thinking, inquiry, and research skills.
• Has strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Is solution-oriented, organized, and disciplined in their work, and can adapt to team collaboration and culture.
• Has developed time management skills, is detail-oriented, and follows up on tasks diligently.
• Conducts their work with meticulous attention to prevent errors.
• Can adapt to flexible working hours.
• Enjoys working in a multi-faceted role.
