About the role

We are currently seeking to hire Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

• Input invoices into accounting system after verifying proper authorizationProcessing invoices in a timely manner in accordance with vendor payment terms
• Review aging of vendor invoices monthly and resolving past due invoices
• Reconciliation of assigned vendor statements
• Maintains vendor master file, manage vendor profiles, and set up new suppliers in the accounting system; and ensure completeness and accuracy of the vendor information in the ERP system
• Resolve any issues that might arise by following up with purchasing department or vendor on any missing documentation or PO to Invoice variances
• Assist in the weekly cash disbursement process by reviewing weekly payment batch with AP manager and ensuring that suppliers are paid

As the Sr Accounts Payable Specialist you will report to the Accounts Payable Manager. This role adopts a hybrid work schedule.

About You

• 4+ years’ experience in full cycle Accounts Payable
• Experience working in ERP systems, automated AP workflow platform
• Intermediate Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skillsand other Office Suite products
• Strong team player, capable of working cross functionally with teams, fostering a positive work environment
