We are looking for a Senior Advisory Services Consultant to join our Advisory Services team, supporting CPG clients. This role will report to the Advisory Services Team Manager and will be based in London.

So, what will you be doing all day?

  • Partner with the sales team to scope out and plan custom advisory projects to answer client’s business problems using Similarweb’s full range of data assets
  • Support the transition from Pre-Sales enquiry to Post-Sales execution to deliver seamless Advisory Services to clients
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to create and deliver best-in-class datasets throughout the life cycle of the project, focusing on QA
  • Deliver world-class insights and actionable recommendations to clients through analysis of scoped project data. Outputs can be data files, PPT decks, or in-person presentations. 
  • Acting as a trusted partner and communicating directly with the client for the entire project lifecycle in conjunction with the sales teams
  • Manage the whole project cycle from discovery, project scoping and pricing, to execution and delivery, particularly for upsells

This Is The Perfect Job For Someone With

  • French Language - Preferred
  • Advanced-level proficiency in data analysis. Research experience is a plus
  • Ability to translate data into compelling insights and actionable business recommendations. 
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and online user behaviours
  • Ability to build rapport, establish trust and create emotional engagement with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Discipline to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with total commitment to quality and timelines 
  • Curiosity to embrace different perspectives and to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including data scientists, engineers, sales, and a range of clients across industries
  • Ability to anticipate risks and mitigate them effectively
  • Strategic thinking to understand issues, trends and perspectives, focusing on long-term success 
  • Problem-solving skills to proactively recognise problems and use all available resources to identify the best solution and to build proven methodology to solve similar problems
  • High creativity to generate new and unconventional methods to approach existing issues by adding value
  • English language at the business level
