The (Title) Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) QA Engineer to join our digital experience quality assurance team. As an AEM QA Engineer, you will thoroughly test AEM solutions to ensure high-quality deployments. You will focus on automation testing to streamline our delivery processes and ensure optimal performance, scalability, and usability.

What you’ll be doing 

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure all objectives are met and that the AEM solution works as expected.
  • Test AEM applications and their integration with other services for functionality, performance, and reliability.
  • Automate tests using appropriate tools and frameworks to boost efficiency and accuracy fo testing procedures.
  • Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to identify, reproduce, and document bugs and defects.
  • Assist in the migration and upgrade processes in AEM to ensure compatibility and performance are maintained.
  • Monitor and enforce best QA practices and methodologies within the team.
  • Provide detailed QA reports and feedback to the development teams to improve product quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends in QA, as well as new features and potential issues with AEM.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a QA Engineer working specifically with Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Strong background in software QA, methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and familiarity with scripting and programming.
  • Knowledge of Java, Javascript, frontend frameworks, and AEM related technologies.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies, version control systems like Git, and CI/CD processes in using Maven and Jenkins
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
