Join us! We are seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to help us build end-to-end AI-powered fundraising solutions that connect millions of donors with causes they care about. You’ll design and integrate cutting-edge AI models into production web applications, creating intuitive interfaces that make fundraising more effective and accessible while supporting everything from medical emergencies to community initiatives.

This is a hybrid opportunity. Candidates considered for this role will be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The Job…

• Design scalable system architectures for end-to-end AI-powered and AI-first features with microservices and event-driven patterns.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production applications for content optimization, donor matching, fraud detection, etc. using Python/Node.js backends.
• Build React/TypeScript frontends for fundraiser tools, donor dashboards, and Agentic AI systems with real-time streaming/WebSocket interactions.
• Develop AI-powered APIs and services implementing RESTful/GraphQL endpoints for AI-First systems with proper versioning and documentation.
• Ensure performance and security with load balancing, caching strategies, authentication, and monitoring for 100M+ user scale.
• Support AI feature rollouts with A/B testing frameworks, feature flags, gradual rollouts, and model serving patterns.
• Implement ethical AI practices including bias detection, explainable AI features, and transparent decision-making systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UX/UI, Incubation, Data Science, and ML teams while establishing feedback loops and mentoring junior engineers.

You…

• 5+ years full-stack development building and deploying user-facing web applications at scale.
• 3+ years AI/ML integration experience with production models, ML APIs, or AI-powered features.
• Strong React/TypeScript proficiency including modern patterns, hooks, state management, and large codebase experience.
• Backend expertise in Python or Node.js with REST APIs, data processing, and database integration.
• AI SDK experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Cloud AI, LiteLLM, or AWS AI services for LLM integration.
• Large-scale distributed systems experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures.
• Enterprise RAG systems and A2A/MCP protocol implementation for agent interoperability.
• Database expertise with PostgreSQL, NoSQL, data modeling, and large dataset management.
• Event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message queuing systems.

Preferred…

• LLM/Generative AI experience (2+ years) with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG systems, or conversational AI.
• Agentic AI frameworks including Google ADK, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Pydantic AI.
• Next.js ecosystem expertise including SSR, API routes, and modern deployment platforms.
• Python ML libraries experience with pandas, scikit-learn, transformers, LangChain, or MLflow.
• Cloud platform experience with AI/ML services, containerization, and serverless architectures.
• Fintech or social impact background with payment systems, fraud detection, or social good technology.
