3D Visualization and Marketing Imagery is a quality focused, growing team at Wayfair that creates inspiring, aspirational, photoreal imagery marketing, advertising, social media and print teams. These images allow Wayfair to raise the quality bar for e-commerce marketing imagery, and build out mission-critical proprietary brands.

 

What You'll Do:

This Senior Analyst will work cross-functionally with Product Management, Data Science, Analytics, 3D Production and 3D Artists to drive new business processes through in-depth analysis of business process data. The Senior Analyst will leverage reporting-level data management skills, SQL scripts and web-based dashboarding skills to report key performance indicators that drive business outcomes. At Wayfair, the 3D Viz team is responsible for creating bespoke, inspirational and aspirational imagery to support our creative, marketing and advertising teams at scale.

  • Drive key initiatives across several imagery workstreams
  • Create custom analytic reports by analyzing and summarizing information and trends to communicate image quality insights to stakeholders
  • Improve current systems by studying current practices; leveraging data to suggest and design process modifications
  • Serve as a strategic partner for cross-functional groups, keeping a wide variety of stakeholders aligned on achieving a singular set of value-driven outcomes
  • Partner with Product Managers to help design, support, test, and upgrade Wayfair’s proprietary workflow management tools and production ecosystem
  • Monitor process health and performance, identify recurring trends and provide recommendation to develop actionable steps
  • Help build scalable processes to support data collection and pipeline optimization.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience with enhancing processes, reporting and metrics in Operations, Business Analysis or Strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or other quantitative and technically-rigorous field required
  • Highly analytical, including experience with analyzing and interpreting large data sets directly (experience with SQL required, Google Data Studio dashboarding experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in a highly detail-oriented environment
  • Ability to break down large, complex, ambiguous goals into manageable pieces
  • Ability to tie tactical objectives to broader business goals
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • simultaneously
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and creating new processes from scratch
  • Previous experience within 3D or Imagery a plus
  • Previous experience with Shot Grid production management tools a plus
