Job Description:

Hellofresh is looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Growth FP&A team to provide in-depth, insightful analyses to help make strategic investment decisions and contribute to the overall growth of HelloFresh.  The Senior Analyst will be focused on our Growth KPIs and provide critical analysis and insights to help drive related business decisions. You will be responsible for developing methodologies, dashboards, and models to enhance and maintain our weekly reporting and quarterly budgeting.  To be successful in this role you must be data driven, have strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.   You will…
  • Support FP&A management to build and maintain growth models and forecasts supporting revenue / spend optimization and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Support the team in partnering with Growth Leadership across verticals to establish and forecast key revenue drivers (AOR, AOV, Discounts, Pause Rates) for the business.
  • Assist in planning exercises and the quarterly and annual budgeting cycles for all verticals of HF US.
  • Maintain scalable financial reports and models to validate and communicate weekly business reviews, KPIs, and monthly forecasting cycles.
  • Tracking profitability for all verticals of HF US and weekly KPI reporting
  • Own the monthly reporting, analysis and commentary for indirect spend budgets
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team on a variety of initiatives, including but not limited to the monthly close process
  • Close working relationships with Finance & Growth stakeholders expected

At a minimum, you have…
  • 2-4 years of professional experience with financial reporting (FP&A) or consulting
  • BA/BS required, preferably in Finance/Accounting or equivalent directly related work experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience in financial modeling
  • Problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to mine and aggregate raw data from a variety of sources
  • Experience in SQL and Tableau

A plus if you have...

  • Experience with Tableau and/or Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Experience within / solid understanding of subscription model and metrics 
  • Experience in consumer services 

 

New York Pay Range$82,000—$102,500 USD
