You will leverage your analytical expertise to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and empower leaders to make informed decisions across the talent lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have an affinity for solving business problems through innovative approaches - quantitative and qualitative - and will be able to keep an eye on the bigger picture, looking around corners, while diving deep into our data sets and processes. This role requires regular interaction with senior stakeholders so communication of our results is key.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the analytics roadmap for processes, insights (business reviews and reporting) and data products such as dashboards (e.g. Visier, Looker) for the Technology organization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for insight generation and scope new projects that elevate the People Analytics roadmap in alignment with Tech strategy.
  • Design and refine measurement frameworks that integrate qualitative and quantitative data to assess organizational health and the impact of emerging technologies like GenAI.
  • Lead projects spanning the full talent lifecycle, including annual voice, attrition, and team health reporting, ensuring analyses drive action through hiring, development, and retention in partnership with Talent Business Partners and Talent central teams.
  • Automate recurring people analytics projects to deliver insight more regularly and scalably to leaders and stakeholders.
  • Turn data into actionable insights that tell a cohesive story and deliver business recommendations that resonate with executive stakeholders (Director+).
  • Build key stakeholder relationships - create awareness around the “possibilities” of what analytics can help our partners measure and achieve.
  • Partner closely with a team of people analysts, business intelligence analysts, and data engineers to evolve our talent data model and design consumable, high-impact dashboards and visualizations.
  • Drive the development and implementation of new people analytics processes and data products (e.g., metadata tagging), to enhance data accessibility and insight generation.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across teams, levels, and leadership.
  • Manage, mentor and onboard junior employees within the team to build leadership skill set.
  • Respect the sensitivity, privacy, and confidentiality of candidate and employee data by adhering to best practices for data governance.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems through data analysis, with a strong focus on aligning insights to strategic priorities and communicating them effectively.
  • Integrity and honesty, and, above all, a respect for complete confidentiality
  • Ability to identify and succinctly summarize roadblocks, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive timely resolution through structured problem-solving
