  • Leverage a deep understanding of Supply Chain principles to design new initiatives aimed at improving the speed and/or capabilities of Wayfair’s delivery network.
  • Leverage critical thinking and data handling to examine and challenge existing practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and gain buy-in from stakeholders on proposals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Operations and Tech to support the rollout of new operational initiatives and/or tech capabilities.
  • Ensure that there is strong alignment between Wayfair’s business objectives and our data-driven strategies.
  • Conduct thorough ad-hoc analysis.
