THE ROLE

Join the Monetization Strategy and Operations team as a Senior Analyst dedicated to optimizing the Subscription Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle across the Americas. You will drive critical process execution and system improvements (SFDC CPQ), acting as the operational bridge between Sales, Finance, Product, and IT. This mission-critical role focuses on ensuring scalability and integrity of our subscription offerings, directly impacting regional revenue efficiency and successful new product introductions. You will leverage deep analytical insights to identify opportunities and lead cross-functional alignment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) Execution: Own the end-to-end operational configuration and readiness for complex subscription launches within SFDC CPQ, ensuring flawless system setup, compliance, and launch-day success.
  • Drive Process Improvement & Optimization: Proactively identify, analyze, and implement significant semi-routine improvements within the QTC ecosystem, taking ownership of project execution to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Manage Subscription Backlog & Roadmap Alignment: Partner directly with business stakeholders and the cross-functional team to prioritize key NPI releases, manage the operational backlog, and ensure system development aligns with strategic monetization objectives.
  • Develop and Govern Operational Data & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain high-impact operational dashboards and KPIs, ensuring data integrity and providing management with actionable insights on subscription business performance and regional trends.
  • Mentor and Document Best Practices: Create comprehensive, high-quality documentation (including complex Business Requirements Documents) and provide knowledge transfer to junior team members and end-users on advanced QTC procedures and system configurations.
  • We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Established Operational Independence: Proven ability to apply advanced professional concepts and established company policies/procedures to independently resolve complex, non-routine operational issues with minimal guidance.
  • Advanced Systems Expertise (SFDC CPQ Focus): Deep, demonstrated working knowledge of Salesforce.com (SFDC) CPQ and Sales Cloud, with experience configuring or managing complex subscription or billing platforms (e.g., Zuora, Oracle ERP).
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Acumen: Capacity to perform in-depth analysis on problems of broad scope, synthesize key findings, and proactively translate data and metrics into concrete, executable solutions for process optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership & Influence: Excellent track record of building effective working relationships across Finance, Sales, Product, and IT, and the ability to persuade and influence functional peer groups on technical and operational best practices.
  • Ownership and Execution Excellence: Demonstrated ownership over task execution, leveraging superior judgment and attention to detail to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of critical subscription product configurations and processes.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is: $134,000—$202,000 USD
