Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.
About the role
- Work closely with customers to understand their development needs and use cases for autonomy to propose effective use of Applied’s products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the product roadmap enables current and prospective customers and collaborate with our sales team to gather requirements through detailed technical discussions.
- Provide technical support to our customers during autonomy software development including integrating customer software deck into Applied’s simulation platform; debug interface; and integrate sensors for synthetic data generation.
- Work closely with test engineers to validate and test customers’ autonomy function using our products for customers to satisfy safety standards.
- Conduct proof of concept, deliver presentation and demonstration, and showcase our technologies to accelerate potential customers’ Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm development for sensor perception, data fusion, and vehicle maneuver route planning.
- Provide customers’ feedback to our software development team to improve the capabilities, stability, robustness, and scalability on mainstream cloud platforms or private cloud.
- Ensure customer needs are supported by the broader engineering team through effective prioritization.
- Explore new product development areas driven by strategic understanding of the customer landscape.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Must have a Master’s Degree in Robotics or Computer Science
- 1 year of experience in the position offered or as a Site Reliability Operations Analyst
- 3 years of experience in verification and validation studies for robotics
- 1 year of experience using GitHub, PagerDuty, Jira, Asana, and AWS
The salary range for this position is $143,000 - $162,000 per year USD annually.
