What you'll do?

As Senior Associate, Go-to-Market Programme Management, you will ensure Deliveroo “go-to-market” (GTM) approach to launching product features drives the intended behaviour change with restaurant partners and commercial teams. When operating well, our GTM processes should help us to execute with speed, maximise the scale of adoption and drive partner satisfaction.

Your role is to ensure that each launch is following the process and standards defined in our GTM guides and that there is coordination across launches such that the scale of change is appropriate for both partners and commercial teams. Our GTM approach is not operating as we would want today; you will be play a pivotal role in ensuring that we reach our future ambition for our GTM approachBeyond your own function, you will also be a key member of the Commercial Operations ManagementTeam reporting to the Commercial Operations Director.

Requirements

  • Project Management: manage and progress a multiple, complex projects in parallel that involve multiple partners across markets and other Deliveroo functions

  • Change Management: utilises a range of techniques to manage a diverse team through a series of change such that they adopt new ways of working and the tools that support them

  • Process Design: can map out end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies, propose solutions and build the case for change

  • Problem-solving: Clearly frames broad or complex issues articulates tradeoffs, and recommends solutions. Understand the strategic implications of their work. Can anticipate risks and suggest ways to mitigate.

  • Communication: Simplify complex ideas and focus communication. Collaborate across wider range of teams and stakeholder groups.

  • Team Development and Community-Building: A team player who collaborates cross-functionally and can resolve areas of misalignment or conflict between teams. Find opportunities to build a sense of community and coach more junior team members.
