We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Senior Growth Marketing Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on one of the fastest-growing brands in the HelloFresh family and help define its culture along the way. The ideal candidate is a proactive and hands-on professional, eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. If you are passionate about Growth, have a track record of scaling paid social programs for brands, have a strong creative intuition, and share our love for dogs, this is the perfect role for you.

 

You will…

  • Sit at the intersection of paid media and performance creative
  • Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of key campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Influencer and other growth marketing channels
  • Collaborate with creative partners, designers, and influencers to maintain a pipeline of scroll-stopping performance creative
  • Set up, test, deploy, and analyze experiments (creative, discount, user journey, attribution, etc.)
  • Own cost reporting and campaign setup
  • Report on and improve key KPIs. Provide actionable insights, highlighting key trends, and identifying strategic opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with the broader team to support seasonal initiatives and changes to brand positioning
  • Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, tools, and platforms that can improve campaign and team process efficiency
  • Jump in hands-on where needed, whether developing ad creative, QA’ing tracking links, or pulling adhoc performance reports
  • Test new potential marketing channels to ensure continuous business growth

You are…

  • An expert performance marketer: you know what works and what doesn’t. You’ve scaled brands’ budgets and know how to structure ad accounts to achieve profitable growth.
  • Process driven: you have a system to test new creatives, scale winners, and analyze results. You have hypotheses for why ads will work or why they fell flat
  • Creative & resourceful: you can translate your ideas into clear, simple designs for partners to develop. You know how to use Canva and CapCut to move quickly when needed
  • Entrepreneurially Minded: you have vision, passion, and imagination; you are not afraid to ask, ‘what if’ and constantly challenge the status quo
  • Analytical: data is your friend; you're able to translate numbers into action and pave the way for efficiency
  • Team-oriented: you work well both in a team setting and autonomously. You don’t need to wait for clear instructions before you can take action and launch successful initiatives
  • Customer-centric: you understand our customer and can put yourself in their shoes. You consume media with a marketing mindset and apply inspiration to your own work
  • Strategic: you recognize and resolve situations that are ambiguous or challenging and use logic to identify alternatives, evaluate, and present approaches to solving complex problems while thinking in terms of contingency plans

 

You have…

  • A love for dogs
  • 4+ years of Growth marketing; background in D2C (ecomm or subscription) is a must
  • 2+ years of recent hands-on Meta media buying experience
  • Excel/Google Sheets mastery, GA4 proficiency; basic SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Strong creative intuition - you can spot what content is likely to perform well and why
  • Experience working with influencers, designers, and creative partners
  • A strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPM, CVR, CAC, LTV, ROI)
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams across different offices
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • An obsession with growth and building things and a positive mindset towards challenges and new opportunities
  • Interest in learning about the full marketing mix and cross-channel impact
