As a Senior Associate, Paid Social, you will help establish and oversee the strategy and execution for growth marketing channels for our owned and operated Energy business. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns will drive growth against business objectives.

This role is required to operate out of the Charlotte, NC area office on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday through Thursday in office).

What You'll Do:

  • Analyzing and reporting on paid campaigns in Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Weekly performance reports and presentations on campaign performance.
  • Day-to-day account management including campaign optimization, audience creation, budget management, and testing ideation and execution.
  • Strategizing and coordinating with design and content teams to develop creative for paid execution.
  • Research in-platform improvements and new offerings in the social media space.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in meeting performance goals in paid social marketing.
  • Data-driven and analytical-minded marketers with superior analytical and quantitative skills who think creatively to decide testing methodologies and optimize campaigns to deliver results.
  • Experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Interface/Editor (YouTube), and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and communicating effectively with design and content teams to develop cohesive marketing strategies for tailored paid social campaigns.
  • A clear passion for social media and a strong point of view on its importance, place, and means of measuring in an omni-channel marketing strategy.
  • Experience working within a complex scope of paid digital marketing including: campaign planning and execution in multiple platforms, audience identification and targeting, ad creative ideation and production, bid/budget management and strategy, and measurement/results analyses.
  • Experience coaching direct reports, managing performance, creating a marketing roadmap, and setting goals for a team.

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $90,000-$120,000* *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
