The Role

As a B2B Marketing Manager at Zenjob, you will be the driving force behind our B2B marketing initiatives, bringing your expertise to enhance our product marketing efforts specifically tailored for our business clientele. Your role will be pivotal in exploring new channels, including offline and event marketing, and in identifying potential partnership opportunities that align with our business goals.

Zenjob is on the mission to become the digital staffing platform delivering companies best staffing experience with the highest flexibility and reliability, and workers the best choice and fair pay for side jobs. Our service is available in over 39 cities in Germany. Our growth financing round of $50 million (€45 million) from February 2022 is helping us to scale our platform and add new data-based automation features for our rapidly growing customer base.

Your role in our team

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that aligns with our product marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
  • Explore and capitalize on new marketing channels, with a particular focus on offline and event marketing, to enhance our reach and impact in the B2B space.
  • Identify, evaluate, and cultivate potential partnership opportunities that can amplify our market presence and customer base.
  • Operationally own and manage B2B marketing KPIs, ensuring all team efforts are aligned to meet or exceed these targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product, sales, and marketing teams, to ensure a cohesive and effective B2B marketing approach.
  • Keep abreast of B2B marketing trends and best practices, incorporating new ideas and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Report directly to the CMO, providing regular updates on strategy, progress, and results.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Deep understanding of B2B marketing channels, strategies, and tools, including offline and event marketing.
  • Customer-centric approach and ability to clearly understand and communicate needs across different functions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and disciplines.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce and Braze.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset. Strong understanding of B2B Marketing KPIs as well as the sales funnel.
  • Strong ability to create workflows and processes.
  • Well-organized, attention to detail, and an ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
  • A team player who believes in learning, unlearning, and exchanging knowledge to be on top of the game.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of achieving marketing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
