What's the opportunity? 🤔We’re looking for an experienced creative producer to join our Creative Studio team. You’ll be working with a team of designers, writers, and producers who are evolving our brand identity into something that radically stands out amongst tech companies. We do not want to be mistaken for just another startup – we need someone who is willing to take risks with us, and your role within the Creative Studio will play a big part in achieving this. You'll drive projects through the creative process spanning digital design, editorial design, print, content, paid acquisition, and experiential design.
You’ll collaborate with marketers, strategists, and editors to ship top-notch creative. We’re prepared to invest heavily to build both a world-class creative team and a unique, special brand. What will I be doing? 🚀- Lead the planning and oversight of marketing initiatives including social, editorial content, campaigns, product launches, field events, and more. You’ll ensure project plans are tight and work is shipped efficiently, as well as on-time
- Propose and define new ways of working that change
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members throughout the creative process about status, risks, approvals, etc.
- You’ll join the rest of the Creative Ops team as the first line of defense for the Creative Studio keeping a close eye on project intake, project planning, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners at Intercom and external vendors, establishing credibility across all workstreams
- You celebrate wins and are an evangelist for the brand design team to our partners. You also track learnings and opportunities for improvement, creating actionable steps to success
- Contribute to the Producer culture by tackling ways to improve communication and processes within the Creative Studio, and you stay up-to-date with the latest tools to drive ever increasing efficiency in the workflow
- 5+ years of experience producing diverse work, ideally in brand, marketing, in-house, and agencies
- Deep understanding of the workflows and skill sets required to produce creative marketing assets
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead creative problem solving in an environment where continuous innovation is expected
- Experience negotiating trade-offs in resourcing projects
- Fluency in the basic concepts and terminology of branding, writing, design, and marketing
- Familiarity with Asana and/or experience working with other project management tools

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $148,000 - $172,000. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
