The Senior Brand Reputation Manager will be responsible for collaborating with global cross-function teams to develop and implement Yext’s online reputation management strategy, with an emphasis on customer engagement across reviews and social media channels. In addition to the daily management of Yext’s reputation, they will act as a thought leader in online reputation management and comfortably share knowledge and insights directly with customers and the broader industry.

What You’ll Do
  • Online Reputation Management
  • Monitor and manage Yext’s presence on 3P review sites, including the development of a community management and feedback strategy to connect with customers
  • Manage the SEO strategy for review site content in partnership with content and product marketing to improve the overall performance of review placements
  • Develop and manage quarterly brand health reports by measuring core KPIs through sentiment analysis
  • Engagement Social Media
  • Lead the Yext social media presence, including internal advocacy of best practices and style guide adoption
  • Develop an engagement social media strategy and content calendar designed to increase community engagement, retention, and growth
  • Develop an SOP with the paid media team for investment in sponsored posts to drive engagement and impressions on key campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Develop a quarterly reporting mechanism that measures the overall impact of the engagement program on perception lift and downstream impact to pipeline
  • Customer Relations & Thought Leadership
  • Work with the product and product marketing teams to understand the roadmap and opportunities for influence and partnership
  • Partner with BDR, Revenue, and Customer Experience teams to support customers where needed with expertise in social and review processes
  • Act as a thought leader on topics of reputation management, social media, and reviews, including in speaking engagements, customer meetings, and development of relevant content
What You Have
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of experience working in marketing, brand, communications, or reputation management
  • Proven experience managing brand reputation across review and social media sites, including social strategy and measurement of results
  • Proficient knowledge of the review and social product landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact with senior members of the organization and external customers
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to ensure project landmarks are met with partner management through ongoing communication, while fiercely prioritizing tasks
  • Self-motivated, balancing multiple projects and timelines
  • Highly collaborative and inventive work ethic, with openness to feedback and new insights
Bonus Points
  • Proven skills with creative copywriting and developing short-form copy that is engaging and on-brand
  • Skills using Figma and ASANA
  • Experience working with B2B marketing models

The base salary at the time of hire for this position is expected to be between $104,400-$213,500. Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, and successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
