Senior Business Analyst
As a Senior Business Analyst part of the KYC/Onboarding team, you’ll play a key role in helping to define and implement our onboarding strategy across all products and customer segments. You’ll lead cross-area projects by conducting data-based analysis and making recommendations that constantly improve our processes, while providing analytical insights to help deliver the best operational strategy and customer experience.

What you’ll do
- Lead main projects for KYC/Onboarding, working with different teams and on cross-areas projects that will deliver efficiency and improve customer experience
- Define project priorities based on overall area strategy and impacts
- Actively develop and maintain relationships with KYC/Onboarding stakeholders to ensure the mapping, alignment and tracking of projects and process reviews
- Measure, monitor and optimize onboarding processes and flows
- Add value to business strategy by analyzing data and generating insightful conclusions
- Align on KYC/Onboarding main processes and projects with several stakeholders by utilizing data to contribute to business insights
- Roll-out of new products and integrations for KYC/Onboarding, aligning with product squads
- Active role in defining and measuring OKRs against the company's strategy each quarter
- Serve as a technical reference, providing technical guidance for the rest of the team
You’ll be great for this position if you
- Have 1+ year of experience leading complex and cross-areas projects
- Are fluent in English - you’ll be part of a truly global team
- Have experience effectively communicating with multiple stakeholders at the same time, balancing different interests and perceptions
- Have advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills
- Have advanced data visualization skills (Tableau, PowerBI, etc)
- Are able to engage and influence different stakeholders
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Have availability for an office first work model
