MYMOVE is seeking a Senior Business Operations Analyst to support our revenue, financial planning and analysis goals. This individual will manage the day-to-day operations by optimizing revenue and audience growth from our partnerships, manage internal operations and annual/long range financial planning and analysis. 

What You'll Do:

  • Gain hands-on experience in operations, digital marketing, finance, partnership relationship management and several other key areas of a growing Red Ventures business.
  • Support the business by managing pre-sale strategic partnership operations such as pricing strategy, volume calculations and projections, and opportunity sizing
  • Own communication streams with key stakeholders of our partners. Brought in to partner conversations as the analytics expert, communicating performance trends, testing ideas, partnership launches, and larger initiatives that will step-change the business’s growth trajectory.
  • Own building, reporting on, and improving our monthly / annual financial pacing reporting; calling out drivers of performance and how the team is working to improve KPIs
  • Manage monthly billables, employee allocations, cost breakdown support and P&L review in partnership with our accounting team
  • Conduct thorough analyses of revenue, conversion, and performance to drive greater profitability as well as efficiency and effectiveness for the business and our stakeholders.
  • Take part in assessing and initiating potential new partnerships in the Movers landscape
  • Lead our annual long range financial planning process; working cross functionally to capture the business strategy, market trends, and increstment areas 

What We're Looking For:

  • At least three years of experience in a highly quantitative and analytical environment
  • Comfortable with measuring, interpreting, and making real-time decisions based on large volumes of performance data.
  • Experience with SQL or other database/analysis packages
  • Experience building financial models and forecasting sales volume
  • Understanding of Profits and Losses reporting and the ability to turn insights into strategic goals and action items
  • Strong analytical capabilities and mindset
  • Clear communicator able to take large amounts of information and distill it into actionable insights to present to leadership
  • Comfort in a fast-paced and often changing environment, with an inclination to solve new problems and learn new skills
  • The ideal candidate is proactive in improving processes and driving growth, has a positive attitude, is well-organized, and is adept at challenging the status quo to manage competing deadlines and priorities

Compensation

  • Cash Compensation Range: $90,000-$100,000 *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
