WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING...

Partner with various parts of the business to provide insight into field-specific questions and identify potential business gaps. Rely on data and build analyses that help decision making and the formation of business strategies. Engage with various stakeholders on senior level to understand their business goals and set up supporting data analysis to validate the business problems and establish KPIs to track changes. Get involved in change management and process improvement in various parts of the business. Support commercial strategy decisions and set up reporting for Deal Strategy to verify pricing decisions and review commercial details holistically.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide business analyses to various internal business stakeholders, including sales, finance, channel and BU leadership as well as the commercial and strategy teams
  • Validate data and decide on the best way to represent them for decision making
  • Participate in conversations about process change, generate supporting analysis and guide decision making
  • Utilise various data sources to identify gaps and raise it with internal teams to highlight missing processes and find solutions
  • Join conversations about business strategy and use data as guidance to promote change Analyse deals individually and holistically to create models that could guide commercial decision making

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM...

  • Independent working with a high level of accountability and professionalism; willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  • Good knowledge of Tableau to build analysis
  • Comfortable level of knowledge of SQL/Snowflake to build custom views and modify existing ones and easy understanding of different data structures
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet formulas
  • Intellectual curiosity
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking mindset
  • Ability to work with large amounts of details; to collect, structure and assess data and present them in a comprehensible manner
  • Strong communications skills, breaking complex problems and models down to easy to understand and actionable root causes
