Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Admin to join our growing team! . If you want to grow your career alongside forward-thinking and hardworking, this could be the position for you! This role will report to our Assoc. Director of Business Systems. You are a proactive self-starter capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment, managing multiple projects independently, and achieving strategic initiatives with minimal guidance after being onboarded. Working hours will be 2:00pm - 11:00pm IST.
You will:
- Oversee the overall Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Manage and Support Month-end close and daily requests for Salesforce Billing and RightRev.
- Work as Systems Admin within Business Systems Team to assist Business teams (Billing, collection and Revenue teams) to get issues/problems resolved.
- Project Management Experience that involves conceptualizing, organizing, planning, executing tests, training users and documenting training materials.
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of system development life cycle, dynamic of application development and Information Technology practices and methods.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously when required, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment offsite.
- Willing and able to learn new concepts, processes, and systems with a positive attitude.
You have:
- 5+ years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience of Salesforce Billing, and Revenue Recognition tools.
- Zuora and Revpro experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT or equivalent degree.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
