About this role

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our team as the Senior Certification Program Manager for our Customer Identity Cloud (CIC), formerly Auth0 products. As a critical member of our Certification Team, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining our CIC portfolio of certifications for developers who use Okta to build and manage identities in consumer and SaaS apps.

In this role, you will have the autonomy to design the first official Okta CIC certification, lead subject matter experts through the design and development of innovative performance-based exams and subsequent certifications, and develop growth and maintenance strategies for these certifications. Your work will be instrumental in ensuring our customers' success.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial team member who is a software developer or has experience building products or providing services that help make developers successful. You will collaborate with different teams across Okta to identify and prioritize new certification needs and recruit subject matter experts to support certification exam development. Additionally, you will contribute to developing growth strategies and establishing operational and outcome-based success metrics. As a budget owner for your projects, you will manage project costs and third-party vendors to achieve key goals.

The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about creating impactful work, takes ownership of their projects, and can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution. You are excited to use your experience to make a meaningful impact. You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Joining our team means being part of a supportive and creative environment where your work is valued and significantly impacts our customers' success.
