GTM Cloud Apps Team

At Pure Storage, the Go To Market (GTM) Cloud Apps team is responsible for the cloud platform and the cloud apps and APIs that are hosted in the GTM cloud ecosystem. The GTM Cloud platform, built with a high degree of focus on scalability and high availability, encompasses both a serverless as well as a kubernetes based platform. We are highly engineering centric and to really understand how our customers work with data, we are deeply immersed in cloud platform technologies, cloud based systems such as Salesforce and Snowflake, log analytics with Splunk and Elastic, data pipeline with Kafka, traffic management with Grafana, low latency apis in golang, distributed data storage using Dynamodb and Cassandra, and many more use cases.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE...

• Own and deliver innovation end-to-end, from concept to deployment
• Design, develop and maintain both external-facing as well as internal-facing API and build cloud applications using golang, typescript, java, React and beyond
• Experimenting with new technologies and architectural patterns in order to push the state-of-the-art and innovate new solutions
• Analyze and solve challenging problems through persistence and insight
• Work as a team with smart peers who inspire you and who are inspired by you
• Bringing a focus on design, development, unit testing, code reviews, documentation, continuous integration and continuous deployment

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• 5 years of experience in software development, data structures/algorithms, and launching software products and a minimum of 3+ years in any of the following programming languages: Java, Javascript/ Typescript, golang, and the enthusiasm to learn other programming languages
• Proven design sensibility and the willingness to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment
• Must be able to work in an open office/team environment

You will be based in Prague, Czech Republic. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 4 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.
